Violin Bootcamp is a digital platform and coaching program designed to help adult violinists—especially busy women—rediscover their passion, improve technique, and enjoy their practice through short, effective Power Routines.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All content provided through the Violin Bootcamp platform—including videos, downloads, PDFs, live sessions, and other materials—is the intellectual property of Marlene Cruz Lozano and/or Violin Bootcamp. This content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

* Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the content

* Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account

* Record or distribute coaching calls, videos, or exclusive content without permission

Certain Services require payment. By purchasing a program or subscribing to a membership, you agree to the stated fees, billing frequency, and any recurring charges (if applicable).

All payments are securely processed via Stripe or Passion.io, and prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

**Cancellation:**

You may cancel your membership at any time. Access to content will remain available until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not issued for partially used months unless otherwise stated in a special offer.

We stand behind the quality of our programs. However, due to the digital nature of our products and instant access to materials, we do not offer automatic refunds.

Exceptions may apply for certain live programs or challenges that include a satisfaction guarantee. Please check the specific program page or contact us at info@violinbootcamp.ca for refund inquiries.

Coaching calls and advice are for educational and motivational purposes only. Results will vary depending on your personal level of effort, consistency, and practice. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes related to your playing, performance, or technique.

We’re committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and encouraging community—both in the app and in our Facebook group. By participating, you agree to:

* Avoid spam or self-promotion

* Not post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove users or terminate access for violating these guidelines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
